Come to our Hobart workshop where we will teach you how to use the Butterflies Australia app and website! This workshop will be held at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery in central Hobart.

WHERE: Royal Society Room, Customs House Building, Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, 19 Davey St, Hobart, TAS 7000.

WHEN: 9:30am - 1:30pm, Saturday 1st February 2020, with a break for lunch in the middle to visit nearby cafes and shops.

You'll have an opportunity to learn how to look for and identify local butterflies, how to do a butterfly survey, and how to use the app and website from experts Dr Michael Braby and Dr Suzi Bond. Local experts Dr Simon Grove and Dr Catherine Byrne will tell you about the butterflies you can see in your area, and the museum will even have some specimens there to help you learn how to identify them!
